Election Time FAQs

1. Open the URL https://election-time.com/

2. Click on the red colored 'Register' Button.

3. Fill Election Campaign information for registration i.e Name, Address, Phone Number, Email Address, Password and Confirm Password.

4. Click on the 'Register' button.

1. Open the URL http://elections.worldnoordev.com/

2. Click on the blue colored 'Login' Button.

3. Enter the email and password.

4. Click on the 'Sign in' button.

From User Profile, a user can set up and edit their profile.

1. Click on the blue colored icon on top right of the screen

2. Click on 'My Profile' option.

3. Edit the information you want to change from your profile. i.e .

4. Select profile picture and the background banner from the device to upload.

5. Click on the purple 'Submit' button after setting up the information.

Election Campaign components include: total candidates, total voters, new events and All Volunteers. To view all of them under one screen :

1. Click on the dashboard from the sidebar.

2. The main screen will open in front of you showing all the components of Election Campaign.

1. Click on the blue colored icon on top right of the screen.

2. Click on the 'Change Password' option from this box.

3. A new screen will open up.

4. Fill the requirements, i.e Current Password, New Password and Confirm New Password.

5. Click on the purple colored 'Change Password' button.

1. Go to the Dashboard.

2. Click on the "Voter" option from the side bar menu.

3. A new screen will open having Voters Record.

4. A form will appear on screen.

5. Fill up the information for the Voter i.e., Name, Email, Voter No, Contact, Date of Birth, Address, Postcode/Zip, City, Constituency, Country and State.

6. Click on the "Submit" button.

7. Voter will be added successfully.

Quick Panel feature enables user to view the panel quickly.

1. Login to the ElectionTime.

2. Go to the main screen of the ElectionTime.

3. Click on the red color icon option from the top right of the screen.

1. Go to the Dashboard

2. Click on the "Voters" option from the side menu.

3. A new screen will open having Voters Record.

4. Click on three dots button next to the Voter ID.

5. A drop-down list will appear having Edit, Make Volunteer and Delete options.

6. Select "Make Volunteer" option from the drop-down list

7. A popup dialogue will appear 'Make Volunteer Voter'

8. Fill up the fields i.e., Password and Notify Voter via email(optional)

9. Click "Submit" button on the popup menu.

10. Voter will be changed to Volunteer.

1. Go to the Dashboard.

2. Click on the "Volunteer" option from the side menu.

3. A new screen will open having Volunteers Record

4. Click on "New Record" blue colored button with a plus sign from the top bar.

5. A form will appear on screen with a title of "Create Volunteer".

6. Fill up the information for the Volunteer i.e., First Name, Last Name, Email & Password.

7. Click on the "Submit" button.

8. Volunteer will be added successfully.

1. Go to the Dashboard.

2. Click on the "Expense/ Donations" from the side menu.

3. A new screen will open having Volunteers Record.

4. Click on "Add New Expense" blue colored button with a plus sign from the top.

5. A dialog will appear on the screen.

6. Fill up the information for the Expense i.e., Expense Title.

7. Click on the "Submit" button.

8. Now fill up the details i.e., Expense Detail, Date and Amount.

9. Click on the blue colored "Add" button in the right. Expense will be added successfully.

1. Go to the Dashboard

2. Click on the "Expense / Donations" option from the side menu.

3. A form of Donation Setting will appear on screen.

4. Add up the expense by clicking on blue colored button of 'Add New Expense' from the right corner of the screen.

5. Add 'Expense title' from the pop up screen.

6. Click on the, 'Submit' button, expense will start appearing on the 'expense list'.

7. Now add information in the given row of the 'Expense List'.

8. Fill up the information i.e. expense details, date and amount.

9. Click on the blue colored "Save" button.

10. Donation / expense, setting will be saved successfully.

To manage events list, follow the following steps:

1.Click on the 'Events Management' from the side bar.

2. Click on the blue colored 'New Record' option from the top of screen.

3. Fill the required options i.e Event Title, Location, Event Date and Description.

4. Choose file from the device for 'Main Image' and 'Banner Image' for event.

5. Click on the purple 'Submit' button.

1. Go to the dashboard from the main menu.

2. Click on the ''Expense / Donations'' from the sidebar.

3. A new page will open showing Donation Transaction List.

1. To Sign out from the ElectionTime, follow the following steps:

2. Click on the blue colored icon on top right of the screen.

3. Click on the 'Sign Out' option from this box.
